1. How long will my order take?
- Custom orders can take anywhere from 7 days to 3 weeks depending on the season and the waiting list.
- Emailed ebooks will come within minutes of payment.
2. How much is shipping?
- Shipping on Spoiled Rotten Girls is always FREE!
3. Do you accept returns?
- Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on ebooks, printed books, cd's or custom items. Custom items are made to your specifications and measurements and cannot be resold. Time and supplies have been used in creating your items, therefore we cannot accept returns.
4. Do you take wholesale orders?
- We do! We have a $100 minimum on wholesale orders. Please contact us at wende@maddyjeanscloset.info for more information!
5. Can I resell or share your ebooks?
- NO! Our instructions (ebooks, printed copies, and cd's) are all copyrighted and CANNOT be shared, sold, or copied in any way. If you are interested in putting our products on your site, please contact us at wende@maddyjeanscloset.info.
